About this event
The Saturday night Dinner will be an eclectic mix of local fare, verging on a Polish wedding theme. The final buffet selections are still yet to be confirmed, but below will give you an idea of where I am headed:
* Pizza appetizer
* Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Golabki or Piggies as they are locally known)
* Homemade Keilbasa (cabbage on the side)
* Porketta (Seasoned pork roast)
* Oven Roasted Potatoes
* Buttered Noodles and Cabbage (Halushki)
* Coleslaw
* Rolls and Butter
* Soft Drinks and Coffee
* Beer included (Local selection to be determined)
* Cash Bar (Highballs and basic mixed drinks)
Dinner cost is $25 per person. Please bring cash to pay for dinner.
