So, please fasten your seat belts and ensure that your seats and folding trays are in their upright positions. If you have any questions, please speak with one of our flight attendants. We hope to make this event as enjoyable as possible with little to no turbulence.

1500 hours - Detail Day begins
Destination: Philly MINI (PYMNI) to Sky Manor Airport (N40)
Fungila Manor - 34 Sky Manor Road, Pittstown, New Jersey 08867
Seat: BYOC - Bring Your Own Chair (or blanket; But, we'll have tables and chairs).
Fare: $25/adult. $10/kids, aged 13 and under. Please email us with any food restrictions when registering for the event. We’ll plan on providing a standard BBQ menu.
About the Flight...
Check In: We live on Sky Manor Airport (N40 is the call number for the airport)
Our driveway is the first right turn after entering the airport. Soooooo, get here early for a plane ride over the sweeping countryside of Hunterdon County, New Jersey! (Plane rides available until Rob starts partaking in the festivities!!! We will have a sign-in sheet this year!)
This year, the airport is also hosting an Experimental Aircraft Association Fly-In. So it will be busy at the airport, and flights may be limited. Also, if POTUS is in New Jersey that weekend, plane rides will be cancelled. Please know, while it is a small airport, the runway is active 24/7; there is a restaurant on the airport, which closes at 1600 hours; and our backyard neighbor is a winery, if you want to pick up a bottle.
Flight Meal: We plan to have traditional BBQ fare, including vegetarian and kosher options. Please email with any allergies or restrictions (I am a vegetarian/pescatarian, so there will be options other than rabbit food!!!).
In-Flight Movie: We didn’t get to do it last year, so we’ll try it again! The evening’s movie feature will be Airplane! followed by a discussion on how many movies with gladiators we have all watched! Showing: Approximately 2030 hours.
Head-to-Head: Tony Stawiarski is the champion! We’ll play it by ear, again, this year! Drivers’ Meeting just prior.
Detailing: (for the MINIs): All carry ons need to be stowed in their compartments, however we'll have it all! Bring your own if you've got something special for your baby!!!

Mario Palza will fly out to offer tunes for second and third gen minis if there are at least 8 people interested. He offers manic and rpm tunes as well as downpipes, intercoolers, and turbos. Mario will be taking deposits if you are interested.

Headcount is important to plan for food and beverages (we'll have some adult beverages, but BYOB (please drink responsibly). If you have specific tastes - there is a winery literally next door that's open until 2100 hours (bottle service ends at 2030 hours).
